1. Service Agreement

By requesting or purchasing services from K.O.T.H (Kings Of The Hustle), you agree to the following:

1.1. Service Scope
We offer digital services including:

• Music promotion (organic & paid)

• Music distribution

• Mixing/mastering

• Beat licensing

• Artwork/cover design

1.2. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery is 2–7 business days, depending on the service. Delays will be communicated in advance.

1.3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid upfront. Work begins only after payment is confirmed.

1.4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final unless the service is not delivered as agreed.

1.5. Artist Rights
Artists maintain full rights to their work. K.O.T.H does not claim ownership unless explicitly stated in contracts (e.g., for signed artists).

1.6. Licensing (Beats)

• Non-exclusive licenses may be sold to multiple clients.

• Exclusive licenses are one-time sales and will not be resold.

1.7. Submission Policy
We reserve the right to accept or decline demos at our discretion.

1.8. Communication
Clients agree to communicate clearly and respond promptly to avoid delays.

2. Beat Usage Policy

We sell beats via our TrakTrain store and also offer custom beat requests directly through the K.O.T.H label.

2.1. Free Beats (Non-Profit Use Only)

• Free beats may only be used for non-profit purposes (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud).

• Credit is required in the title/description:

• Unauthorized use on monetized platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) may result in copyright action.

2.2. Commercial Use (Streaming Platforms)

To release your track commercially, a valid license must be purchased.

2.3. TrakTrain Store Licensing:

Beats sold on TrakTrain follow standard industry license tiers, including:

• MP3 Lease: $8.39 (R150,05)

• WAV Lease: $13.99 (R250,20)

• Premium Lease: $16.99 (R303,85)

• Unlimited Lease: $19.99 (R357,50)

• Exclusive License: Price varies (based on beat)

These prices and license types apply only through the TrakTrain store.

2.4. K.O.T.H Label Pricing (Separate from TrakTrain)

If you’re a signed or unsigned artist and find a beat on TrakTrain but feel the pricing doesn’t fit your budget, you can request the same beat through K.O.T.H directly.

2.4.1. Label Beat Prices:

• Non-Exclusive License: R150 (~$8.39)

• Exclusive License: R400

Simply submit a beat request form, select either Non-Exclusive or Exclusive, and we'll create or deliver the beat based on your choice.

2.4.2. For Signed Artists

• Receive 5 exclusive beats for free upon signing
  (K.O.T.H retains 5% royalties per beat).

• After that, exclusive beats are R400 each.

• May download free beats for YouTube/SoundCloud with required credit.

• Must purchase a license for commercial releases.

2.4.3. For Unsigned Artists

• May use free beats only for non-profit use (YouTube/SoundCloud) with credit.

• Must purchase:

  • Non-Exclusive License: R150

  • Exclusive License: R400

3. Terms and Conditions

By using this site or our services, you agree to the following:

• Website Use
  You may access our site to browse, contact us, or submit demos. Spamming or misuse will result in a ban.

• Intellectual Property
  All site content, branding, and service frameworks belong to K.O.T.H unless otherwise stated.

• Service Delivery
  Once payment is confirmed, services will be delivered per your selected package.

• No Guarantees
  While we aim to boost your exposure and sound, we do not guarantee viral results or record deals.

• Modifications
  We may update services, pricing, or policies at any time.

• Jurisdiction
  K.O.T.H operates under South African law. Disputes will be settled under this jurisdiction.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here’s how we manage your data:

  We collect only what you submit (name, email, music links, etc.) via forms or email.

  Your data is used only to provide services or respond to inquiries.
