Artists retain ownership of their original works unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Impersonate others
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
All payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Viral success
Chart placements
Record deals
Streaming numbers
Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted under South African law:
K.O.T.H shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Platform algorithm changes
Third-party distribution platform issues
Your use of our services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend services
Terminate agreements
Refuse service
if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
